As a Field Sales Executive you will be responsible for:

Selling and promoting products to both existing and potential clients Performing needs analysis and cost-benefit analysis for clients Establishing and maintaining positive business relationships with clients Monitoring competitors' sales activities Assisting with corporate marketing strategies and expanding the company to new markets Cold calling potential clients Coordinating sales efforts with other departments Supplying the management team with reports on customer needs or interests, potential new products, or services, and competitive activities Efficiently generating leads into businesses

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a field sales role, required in Facilities Management industry

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Sales Skills:

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Negotiation:

Ability to negotiate effectively with clients and close deals

Problem Solving:

Ability to analyze customer needs and provide customized solutions.

Time Management:

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
