We are seeking an experienced and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell water purifiers across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of proven field sales experience in the UAE market, preferably within the water purification or home appliance sector. Strong communication skills, local market knowledge, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promote and sell water purifier products to residential and small commercial customers.
Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and local networking.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Gather market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer preferences.
Submit daily reports and updates to the Sales Manager.
Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure a smooth post-sales experience.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 to 4 years of field sales experience in the UAE, preferably in water purifiers, filtration systems, or home appliances.
Valid UAE driving license and own car preferred.
Strong knowledge of local geography and customer base.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or other regional languages is a plus.
High school diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
