Commercial Senior Agent Role Description:

English speaking is mandatory.

Speaking Arabic, French or Russian will be an added advantage.

Finding, scouting, and identifying investors with property consultancy needs. Keeping in touch with clients via calls and emails to notify them of the consultancy services offered. Securing a consulting deal by preparing and presenting business proposals to clients to convince them of his/her consultancy services. Advertising, marketing, and promoting property vacancies to attract prospective tenants. Carrying out thorough research and analysis of the real estate and/or property market to identify areas with increasing demand and profitability. Maintaining up-to-date and accurate knowledge of government policies and relationships with legal professionals and other consultants to exchange information and boost personal networks. Liaising with legal counsels to prepare sale and lease documents. Overseeing and handling negotiations with real estate agents and/or realtors on behalf of clients. Assisting clients to make sound property-purchasing decisions. Finding clients in need of consultancy services through cold-calling, advertising, and business presentations. Analyzing market trends and demographics to identify the most sought-after and profitable areas. Consulting with clients to identify their needs, preferences, and financial concerns. Maintaining an extensive database of all properties for sale. Developing strategies to increase the value of properties for clients looking to sell. Conduct negotiations with real estate agents on behalf of clients. Communicating with legal counsel to prepare sale and lease documents.

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

Dubai Real Estate: 6 Months (Preferred) Sales in Dubai: 1 year (Preferred)
Language:

English (Required) French/Russian/Arabic (Preferred)
License/Certification:

UAE Driving License (Preferred)
Salary: AED 4,000.00 - per month + Commission
