Job Summary:





Artha Realty LLC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Sales Manager to lead and grow our commercial real estate division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial property sales, strong leadership capabilities, and an in-depth understanding of the UAE real estate market. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing a team of commercial agents, and developing strategic relationships with clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:




Lead the commercial sales division, managing a team of agents and overseeing day-to-day sales operations. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market presence in commercial real estate. Build and maintain relationships with key clients including corporate tenants, investors, landlords, and developers. Identify new business opportunities and ensure consistent lead generation through networking, referrals, and business development activities. Provide guidance, training, and performance management to the commercial sales team. Oversee the entire sales process from listing to deal closure, ensuring legal and company compliance. Conduct market analysis and stay updated on current trends, property values, and competitor activity in the UAE commercial real estate sector. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance metrics to the senior management team. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns tailored to commercial clients and listings. Represent Artha Realty LLC at industry events, exhibitions, and networking platforms.

Requirements:




Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate sales, with at least 1 year in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of Dubai's commercial property market, including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use assets. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (RERA certification preferred). UAE driving license and car.
