Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Commercial Sales Manager (Trading)

to lead our sales operations in the trading division. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of trading processes and market dynamics. This role requires strategic thinking, customer relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth across key accounts and new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets in the trading sector. Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's client base. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and trading partners. Manage and lead the sales team; provide guidance, training, and performance management. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to adjust strategies as needed. Prepare and deliver high-quality sales presentations, proposals, and commercial agreements. Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless trading operations. Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and pipelines. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial sales within a trading or import/export environment. Proven experience in managing high-value accounts and closing complex deals. Strong knowledge of trading practices, pricing, and supply chain coordination. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
