Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management within hospitality, MICE, corporate sectors (e.g., Al Futtaim, Emaar, Dubai Holding, facility management companies etc) or/and at least 5 years of experience in Dubai's commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new clients for leasing and sales of commercial properties (office spaces, retail, warehouses). Develop and execute sales strategies targeting corporate clients, investors, and business owners. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in differnt industries. Conduct market research to analyze property values, trends, and investment opportunities. Negotiate and close high-value commercial real estate transactions. Manage client portfolios, provide consultancy, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing teams to facilitate property transactions.
Requirements

5+ years of experience in Dubai's commercial real estate market. Proven sales management experience in hospitality, MICE, corporate sectors (Al Futtaim, Emaar, Dubai Holding, facility management companies, etc.). Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Language skills: English is mandatory; Arabic, Urdu, or Hindi is a plus. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities with corporate clients. Ability to work independently and drive revenue growth.
Preferred Qualifications

RERA Broker Card (or willingness to obtain it) is a plus. Existing commercial real estate listings. Knowledge of Dubai's commercial property laws and regulations. UAE driving license and access to own vehicle preferred.
