Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Real Estate Broker, based in Dubai. The role involves engaging with clients to facilitate leasing, buying, and selling commercial properties. Responsibilities include conducting property evaluations, preparing leasing or sales agreements, negotiating leases, representing tenants, and identifying lucrative opportunities for investors. The candidate will also be required to build lasting relationships with clients and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market and trends.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Lease Negotiations and Tenant Representation Comprehensive understanding of Commercial Real Estate and Brokerage practices Proven Sales experience and ability to meet or exceed targeted goals Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Knowledge of real estate trends, market analytics, and local Dubai property regulations Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred UAE driving license and fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
