Job Description

We are seeking a Commercial Agent/Broker in Dubai on behalf of a client who will be responsible for facilitating real estate transactions within the commercial sector, including office spaces, retail properties, industrial units, and land parcels. The ideal candidate will act as intermediary between property owners, developers, investors, and tenants, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions that meet the needs of all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities: * Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and prospect potential clients including property owners, developers, investors, and tenants.
  • Build and maintain a strong network of contacts within the commercial real estate sector.
  • Attend industry events, networking functions, and other relevant gatherings to generate leads and expand the client base.
  • Property Marketing:
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for commercial properties to attract potential buyers or tenants.
  • Create compelling property listings, brochures, and promotional materials.
  • Utilize online platforms, social media, and other advertising channels to showcase available properties.
  • Pricing and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values, rental rates, and market trends.
  • Evaluate properties based on factors such as location, size, condition, and amenities.
  • Provide clients with accurate and timely valuations, investment projections, and financial analyses.
  • Transaction Management:
  • Facilitate negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Prepare and present offers, purchase agreements, lease contracts, and other legal documents.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and due diligence processes.
  • Client Advisory:
  • Offer expert advice and guidance to clients regarding market conditions, investment opportunities, and property management strategies.
  • Assist clients in making informed decisions that align with their goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and assistance throughout the transaction process and beyond.
  • Compliance and Ethics:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Uphold ethical principles and professional standards in all dealings with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Safeguard confidential information and maintain the highest level of integrity and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a commercial real estate agent or broker, with a strong track record of successful transactions.
  • Deep knowledge of the commercial real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, property values, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in financial modeling and property valuation techniques.
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software, databases, and other relevant tools.
  • Valid real estate license issued by the Dubai Land Department (RERA).
  • Fluency in English (additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi may be advantageous).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
