One of the world\'s leading law firms are looking for a commercial projects lawyer. their clients include governments, project sponsors, lenders, debt and equity financiers, borrowers, export-credit agencies and international financial organisations. This team provides top-tier legal expertise in the projects sector across a wide range of asset classes, including in oil & gas, petrochemicals, renewables, water & wastewater, mining & metals, infrastructure and telecomms. They are a leading project finance practice, particularly commended for its experience with ECAs and both conventional and Islamic financing. Acclaimed for its work acting for project companies, notably in the energy sector, including in renewables, and is active on major IPPs. They are highly active across the project development and finance space. Advises on high-profile mandates in Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. They are currently seeking a committed and ambitious mid-level Projects lawyer. In all cases, you should have first class legal ability coupled with a practical commercial approach; and excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills. All candidates should be fluent in English. You must also have exceptional results throughout your academic history.
