Commercial Performance Manager - MEA

Job Purpose

Working very closely with the Country Manager to revolutionize the Middle East and Africa Co-Working Market by initiating and executing key strategic projects. This includes providing commercial performance analysis, driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive market specific growth and operations programmes that deliver growth in sales, profit, margin and network growth.
• Use trend analysis to identify emerging problems/issues either in a particular product or service and propose solutions.
• Undertake ad hoc pieces of investigative analysis to identify (under or over) performance hotspots and issues.
• Help ensure we have performance plans in place for each centre.
• Other ad hoc analysis and projects as required.

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.
• Experience in a commercial role in either a consultancy or fast-paced organisation.
• A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Expert use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, e.g. advanced use of formula\'s pivot tables, and VBA/Macro\'s.
• Advanced experience using and building data and analysis dashboards, e.g. Tableau, Power BI as well as experience in using SQL.
• Proficient in building complex financial models, forecasting and analysis.
