The Commercial Operations Specialist works as single point of contact (POC) for execution of all commercial operations between our NHSc Commercial Teams, our Partners (3PL & E2E) with Vitaflo-MEA Business Manager, NHSc-MEA Support Functions & Vitaflo HQ Customer Services/Support Functions.

Commercial and Operational day to day management of existing Vitaflo & Dr. Schar business in existing markets and liaise between all stakeholders in NHSc -MEA, Vitaflo HQ & our distributors across ME&A.
TPS Forecasting from the Monthly Bottom-Up IMS with NHSc Commercial Teams and with E2E distributors. And liaise between NHSc-DSP and Vitaflo Supply Planning to confirm Supply Plan and place POs.
Prepare & analyze content and coordinate meetings with NHSc Commercial Managers & E2E Distributors (Monthly "MSR\xe2\x80\x9d, Quarterly "QBR" and Yearly Strategic Planning "ICP & JBP").
Support Vitaflo Business Manager in TENDER management across ME&A countries, liaising with Commercial Managers / E2E Distributors, Finance, Supply Chain and other Global Vitaflo stakeholders.
Supporting Vitaflo Marketing team in evaluating the commercial potential sizing of new markets, Market Access Support and tackle operational market entry barriers.
Support and liaise with relevant function for Non-Supply distributors\' queries (LOA /DA issuing/renewal, registration request and DNs)
Support and liaise distributors SUPPLY queries with Vitaflo CS & NHSc- DSP
What will make you successful\xe2\x80\xa6
Higher education level required.
Relevant business and/or science background/degree is an advantage.
2-3 years\' experience in commercial multi-disciplinary teams with MENA regional scope in demand forecasting, sales Operations, tender management, collaborating & managing external stakeholders and distributors.
