Summary

First level support to the Service Sales function. Follow and execute the wing-to-wing Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) process for all Middle East countries. Analyze Installed base and commercial data, receive customer requests for quotes, prepare quotes, contracts, and coordinate all customer queries. Supports the commercial operations leader in the quarterly estimation process and multiple growth initiatives. Provide business intelligence to the Service Sales team to identify and manage opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Prepare quotes and contracts drafts for all Middle East customers, and support Service Sales on profitability analysis and PO follow-up
  • Identify deviations from country standard T&Cs and get required approvals
  • Support the zone Com Ops leader and Service Sales team on various growth initiatives and maintain accurate data in SFDC
  • Provide visibility to funnel of opportunities and overall business intelligence to the Service Sales team by extracting, analyzing and summarizing data on installed base, warranties and contract
  • Support Service Sales team in all customer requirements within the Service sales scope and provide prompt customer support for all contract and non-contract administrative related questions
  • Ensure proper archiving of Service Sales documentation (proposal, tenders, signed contract, etc.)
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience with Sales Operations in the Healthcare sector in UAE
  • Ability to work independently, takes initiative to make things happen, identifies what needs to be done and does it
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, follow up and attention to detail
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
