Job Description
We are Hiring for our office a Commercial Operations Executive. Job Role: Experience in preparing Sales quotations for manpower services Keeping log and managing business partners Booking Flight reservations and issuance of tickets for MENA region through Saudi and Bahrain Agencies Invoice collections. From customers and follow up. Communicating with finance and peers for any discrepancies Follow up with customers for purchase orders for any unbilled services and against issued sales quotations. Identify suppliers, and work with them, negotiate and make arrangements of services Document Control - RFQ, invoices, ISO, Compliance, purchase orders, sales quotations etc. Qualificaitions Bachelor's degree in finance or business administration Minimum 7-8 years in similar role in KSA Good Negotiating, correspondence skills Very Good MS Office Skills, net searching etc Can handle multiple tasks in time and handle pressure. Excellent communication in English and Arabic speaking is Plus Articulate, Analytical, proactive personality.
