Job Title IT Operations Executive

Description

IT Operations Executive Group Daimler Truck AG Description Main Responsibilities Provide 2nd level support to users within responsibility Consolidate and evaluate raised issues with users Provide support and technical expertise in problem resolution with users Facilitate information and data issue s with consultants related to problems issues at hand and work with correspondent for a resolution via incident management tools email voice calls or any means of contact Implementation of new projects technologies as directed from central teams Support users with meeting rooms setup video conference setup Follow through the incidents with correspondence and provide a closure Overview the process to grantrevoke permissions for departmental drives local or centralized application by service desk Maintain record keeping for Audit and compliance check Provide support in current applications to aid the business Ensure adequate inventory is maintained to support the business need Escalation of major incidents and repeatative incidents for root analysis with concerned service provider Implement and ensure the all the IT proceedures and policies are adhered by end user Vendor Management Smooth service delivery from external partner for 1st level support and other Operations within the scope of their responsibility Overview of IT Contracts with suppliers and service providers Hardware replacement repairs follow up Warranty claim Ensure availability and functionality of laptops printers VC Units with the vendors Ensure smooth delivery of services by service provider within contractual obligations Review and approve the vendor invoice service delivery for account payble by finance team Information Security Classification Implement information security processes based on security principles policies standards and guidance from the local Information Security Officer Be a consultant for Information classification topics to end users Compliance Compliance to Daimler Integrity Code Compliance to Daimler Policies and Guidelines Local and Global where applicable Qualifications Training Educational Background Graduate in Information Technology Required Experience 5 years experience in Support Vendor Management and Operations in IT Department Specific Knowlegde Technical Troubleshooting use of diagnostic tools equipment use of documentation and external resources Basic knowledge of server products printer maintenance mobile phones videoconferrence and other peripheral support Be conscious of the requirement of Information Security and to apply it as appropriate Ability to work individually and in team ability to manage service providers and contractors Delivers high quality work at short notice and to tight deadlines Language Fluency in English Organization Daimler Commercial Vehicles MENA FZE Primary Location United Arab EmiratesDubaiDubai Work Locations Jebel Ali Dubai United Arab Emirates 261511 Jebel Ali Dubai United Arab Emirates 261511 Dubai 000000
