Develop commercial strategies and lead on contractual negotiations.
Proactive management of multiple contracts and short and long-term contracting relationships with clients and vendors.
Maintaining a database of contracts within the company that will inform the business as to the key milestones for each of those contracts such as expiry, compliance, uplifts and key clauses.
Reporting key contractual information on a monthly basis to the Management.
Analysis, evaluation and processing of variations to existing contracts.
Resolution of disputes with contract partners.
Negotiation of existing and new contracts.
Take responsibility for projects commercial performance.
