Job Description
Job Summary:
The Commercial Manager will oversee all commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of supervision engineering projects. With 14 years of extensive experience in cost management, contract administration, and project supervision, the role ensures the effective management of project budgets, claims, variations, and financial reporting while maintaining compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying / Construction Management or related field. Minimum 14 years of experience in supervision engineering with strong exposure to commercial and contractual management. UPDA/MMUP certification (Mandatory) Proven track record in contract administration, claims management, and cost control on large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of FIDIC and other international contract standards. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office, contract management software, and cost-control tools. Ability to lead, mentor, and manage commercial teams effectively.
