Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with the project's overall objectives and timelines.
-Lead and optimize product strategy to align with market trends and buyer expectations.
Provide pricing strategy by conducting in-depth competitor benchmarking and demand analysis
o -Develop detailed unit-by-unit pricing recommendations, factoring in view, layout, elevation, and buyer profiles
o -Design targeted payment plans and launch-phase incentives for the investors
o -Develop phasing strategies to balance supply and demand while maximizing revenue across project stages.
Sales & Marketing Lead:
Build and lead a small high-performing in-house sales and after-sales team
?Identify, evaluate, and secure partnerships with brokerage firms with strong performance
?Lead brokerage presentations, assess proposals, and negotiate commercial terms within a defined fee structure
Manage onboarding of agencies, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales execution
Provide strategic oversight of sales campaigns, marketing initiatives, and brand positioning to support project sell-through
Monitor brokers' sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
CRM & After-Sales Management:
Setup CRM and after sales services.
Lead the operation, and daily management of the CRM system to track leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Ensure effective after-sales service processes to enhance client satisfaction, retention, and referral sales.
Ensure after-sales service is fully integrated into the CRM, providing seamless customer support and follow-ups post-sales.
Financial Performance & Reporting:
Work closely with finance teams on revenue models, sales forecasts, and financial feasibility studies.
Monitor financial performance, ensuring profitability and return on investment.
Prepare regular and detailed reports on commercial activities, sales progress, market insights, and operational status for the CEO.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in a senior commercial role within the real estate development sector, with a strong understanding of the UAE market.
Demonstrated experience managing sales and marketing teams.
Deep understanding of real estate development processes, from land acquisition to project completion.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
