Job Role: Commercial Manager

Job Location: Dubai, U.A.E.

Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a Sales and Commercial Manager for our Shipping and Logistics business in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the sales and commercial strategy for the business, driving revenue growth and profitability through effective business development, sales management, and customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales and commercial strategies for the Shipping and

Logistics business in Dubai, in line with company goals and objectives.

Lead the sales team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets and business objectives.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base, increase revenue, and improve profitability.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs, and adjust sales and commercial strategies accordingly.

Negotiate and finalize contracts with customers and partners, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with other departments, including operations, finance, and HR, to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services and support.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in Sales and Commercial management, preferably in the Shipping and Logistics industry.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth and profitability.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyze data, and make strategic decisions.

Excellent negotiation and contract management skills, with a strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.

Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to the Shipping and Logistics industry in the UAE.

Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
