Job Summary: The Commercial Manager will be responsible for Sales support, Product and Solution training, Sales Pipeline review, and the Strategic Accounts planning. He will also be responsible for emerging market penetration strategy, and Customer Experience strategic planning. Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead the Sales activities for RM division of the Commercial Team
  • Collaborate and Execute on the Commercial and Strategic decisions for RM division of the Commercial Team
  • Ensure execution of company strategy within the RM division of the Commercial Team
  • Setting individual sales targets in RM division of the Commercial Team, oversee their activities and performance
  • Develop sales team through motivation, counselling and product knowledge
  • Identify strategic and high value prospects and opportunities and take necessary actions to win those accounts
  • Collaborate and manage the introduction and successful rollout of new services and solutions
  • Achieve and maintain Net Promoter Score for Customer Retention as well as Book of Business
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan to expand company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and increase revenue and profits
  • Build and promote long-lasting business relationships by understanding Customer needs and partnering with them
  • Provide the required support for the sales team for tender/RFP/RFI process with insights into complex solutions
  • Achieve growth and hit the annual commercial targets by managing the RM division of the Commercial Team
  • Monitor the monthly, quarterly, annual Target Vs Achievement for RM division and report to Commercial management
  • Responsible for monitoring Customer satisfaction surveys and take all actions required to improve Customer Experience
  • Negotiate customer contract renewal terms and pricing
  • Resolve payment related escalations and maintain a healthy receivables balance with customers
Job Requirements:
  • High School Diploma as a minimum, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree is preferred
  • Information Management related training preferred, but not mandatory
  • Business Experience - Minimum 10 Years
  • A Minimum of 2 years experience in Team Management
  • RM Industry Experience
  • Team Management, Contract Negotiation, Pipeline Management, Customer Service
