    Job Title: Commercial Manager - Quantity Surveyor (QS) - Main Build Contractor Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE) Salary: Up to 65,000 AED per month + Visa + Medical Insurance Exciting Opportunity for an Experienced Commercial Manager - QS in the Thriving UAE Construction Industry! We are currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our client, a prominent Main Build Contractor specialising in residential, commercial, and education projects across the United Arab Emirates. Key Responsibilities:
    • Contract Management: Oversee and manage commercial aspects, including cost estimation, budgeting, and financial control for residential, commercial, and education projects.
    • Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their commercial needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
    • FIDIC Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to FIDIC standards and regulations in contract administration and project execution.
    • Project Cost Control: Implement effective cost control measures, monitoring and reporting on project financial performance.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, providing commercial expertise and guidance to ensure successful project delivery.
    Requirements:
    • Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. MRICS or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
    • Experience: Proven experience as a Commercial Manager - QS in the UAE, with a strong background in residential, commercial, and education projects.
    • FIDIC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of FIDIC standards and previous experience working with FIDIC contracts.
    • Contractor Experience: Demonstrated experience working with main build contractors on similar projects.
    • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
    Package:
