We are a recruiting agency in Abu Dhabi with ISO 27001 certification offers recruiting, training, psychometric assessment, and AI simulation services. We are assisting our client which is a cement manufacturing industry being a part of an investment group located in Abu Dhabi, Mussafah, UAE. We are looking to hire a Commercial Manager of the following below: Duties & Responsibilities

  • Define the marketing strategy and control its implementation in order to guarantee market share and the commercial margin of products.
  • Initiate, interpret and use information in a way adapted inside and outside the company for planning and implementing effective marketing strategy.
  • Achieve the operational and organizational goals in conformity with the strategy. Apply and make apply the management tools and standard procedures.
  • Recruit talented collaborators and develop their potential to ensure the continuity and improvement of management.
  • Define the Logistics strategy in order to satisfy the customers at an effective cost.
  • Anticipate market evolutions and adapt position accordingly in order to safeguard commercial interests.
  • Determine the strategy of development and research of the products by ensuring a technological and commercial survey of various markets and anticipate their needs in order to permanently validate the relevance of the offer and the growth or maintenance of its market share.
  • Manage and direct the sales team to focus on achieving the company strategy and targets.
  • Represent the Company on various platforms
  • Advice and suggest to the General Manager on various matters deemed necessary for effective Marketing realizations
  • Participates in the establishment and implementation of the quality assurance program
  • Verifies the quality achievement.
  • Shall regularly assess the adequacy and effective implementation of quality assurance program ( Al least 1 audit and 1 MR)
  • Communicates the need for training related to NQA to HR
  • Ensures that his team /collaborators have received induction and training in their job responsibilities and authority, general criteria, including applicable codes and standards, regulatory commitment, procedures, and quality assurance program requirements
  • Is the Authority to take the decision regarding the nonconformance proposed dispositions.
  • Ensures the communication for activities affecting the quality
  • Is responsible for obtaining the desired end result
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Having 10-15 years of work experience in Cement Industry
  • Having Bachelors Degree in Business or Sales Marketing
  • Must be available in UAE for a face to face interview
