The Role
Position Title: Commercial Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 45K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus family medical insurance, mobile allowance, transportation and incentives Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE About the Client: A well-resourced and technology driven agribusiness investment organization based in Abu Dhabi, supplying the fresh produce to major markets of UAE : . Developing and implementing commercial strategies through identification of new growth areas in the market and collaboration with prospective companies in the region . Driving sales team during the transition phase from start up to scale of the sub-companies . Developing senior level customer and supplier relationships by thorough understanding of requirements and bridge the gap for customer satisfaction . Assisting to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements as appropriate in a regional level . Assisting the technical teams to ensure alignment of products and services with market Timely receivables collections and ensure regular cash flow to company
Requirements
Qualifications: . Male, 55 years old and below . Minimum 10 years of Senior Managerial experience in the same industry preferably Heading Marketing & Sales; regional sales exposure is a must . Candidate must have an expertise in developing and implementing commercial strategies to bring revenue . Experience with animal vaccines is an advantage . Immediate joiners will be prioritized
