Key Responsibilities:
Identify, source, and evaluate commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Manage the full leasing cycle--prospecting, viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
Stay updated on market trends, rent comparisons, supply/demand, and emerging commercial areas.
Prepare leasing proposals, agreements, and required documentation.
Work closely with the management team to achieve leasing targets and expansion goals.
Provide market insights and location recommendations for clients across various industries (retail, F&B, clinics, pharmacies, offices, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial leasing or real estate (UAE experience strongly preferred).
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's commercial property market.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously.
Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
Should have own visa
