Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesTechnician Coordination



Assign, monitor, and follow up on maintenance tasks with service technicians. Ensure technicians receive necessary spare parts, instructions, and job details. Collect service reports/job cards and update records accordingly.

Spare Parts & Supplier Coordination



Request and compare quotations from suppliers for required spare parts. Collaborate with the Philippine team for overseas spare parts orders, ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery. Track supplier lead times and ensure availability of critical parts.

Client Support & Quotations



Prepare and send spare parts and service quotations to clients. Follow up on approvals, revisions, and feedback from clients. Provide clients with accurate information on spare parts availability and delivery schedules.

Stock & Inventory Oversight



Act as the main point of contact in the Maintenance department regarding spare parts stock. Monitor spare parts inventory and coordinate with warehouse/stock controllers for replenishment. Maintain updated stock records to prevent shortages or delays.

Documentation & Reporting



Maintain accurate documentation of quotations, service reports, supplier inquiries, and stock records. Prepare weekly and monthly reports on maintenance activities, spare parts usage, and order status. Ensure proper filing and digital storage of all maintenance-related records.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
