We are seeking a skilled

Maintenance Coordinator

with a strong background in

restaurant and hospitality facilities

. The ideal candidate will oversee the maintenance of

kitchen equipment, MEP systems, and overall facility operations

to ensure smooth and safe functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

preventive and corrective maintenance

of commercial kitchen equipment (ovens, grills, fryers, coffee machines, dishwashers, mixers, slicers, chillers, freezers, etc.) Handle

mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems

in the facility Ensure compliance with

fire safety and civil defense regulations

Coordinate with suppliers and manage

spare parts inventory

Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors Maintain

technical documentation

and reports

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years' experience

in

restaurant or hospitality maintenance

Hands-on experience with

commercial kitchen equipment

and

MEP systems

Knowledge of

HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems

Strong problem-solving and

fault diagnosis skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,800.00 - AED4,300.00 per month
