About Our Client
Our client, a Multinational FMCG business is hiring a Commercial Finance Manager to be based out of their offices in Dubai

Lead decision making and financial planning
Partner with the commercial and sales team to provide relevant insights
Responsible for monitoring market sales performance and managing sales budgets
Liaise with business managers to align on operational strategy and manage sales OPEX expenses
Manage the marketing trade spend governance
Maintain overall financial control and compliance
Lead and coach a lean team of 1-2 individuals
Ensure smooth communication internally and externally
Compliance with group and local accounting standards
The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of experience, of which at least 6 MUST be in a sales finance/commercial finance role
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance or related; Professional Accounting Qualification is a huge advantage (CIMA, ACA, etc.)
Experience in the FMCG sector is a MUST
