To assist the Commercial Team to seek and procure a broad range of key suppliers/vendors committed to delivery of high standards of services for company\xe2\x80\x99s customers.
Sources, manages and partners with key suppliers and vendors that deliver value for money and high quality services such as Visa processing, package tours and itineraries, airlines booking, travel insurance, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Deliver exceptional customer experience and ensure effective running of services by maintaining a sound relationship with company\'s Network\xe2\x80\x99s suppliers/vendors.
Builds and maintains effective, efficient relationships within company and its suppliers in delivery of Vendor - Commercial objectives.
Ensures company\xe2\x80\x99s vendors/suppliers meet or exceed their contractual obligations by delivering quality services in a timely manner without causing any flight disruptions
Negotiates, tenders and awards contracts with optimal agreements to suppliers/vendors
Actively monitors performance and manages the key supplier/vendor relationships and ensures regulatory commitments are consistently applied.
Manages, updates and shares supplier/vendor database
Ensures that all commercial activity is conducted in line with company and commercial governance procedures to protect the company from regulatory and legal issues
Produces reports and information to management on a regular basis.
QUALIFICATIONS
MALE with good level of analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills .
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Vendor \xe2\x80\x93 Commercial executive or similar.
