Job Summary:

The Commercial Executive supports contract lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and internal policies. Responsibilities include contract initiation, drafting, review, negotiation, execution, and monitoring. The role also involves supporting invoicing, cost tracking, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage contract requests and documentation as per internal checklists. Draft and review client and subcontractor contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial terms and legal standards. Support contract negotiations and coordinate execution and distribution. Monitor contract performance, compliance, and renewals. Maintain secure records and support audits and SOP training. Assist with invoicing, billing accuracy, and cost variance reporting. Contribute to commercial process improvements and risk mitigation.

Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, Commerce, or related field. 2-3 years of UAE-based experience in commercial and contract administration, including exposure to underwriting and procurement functions, preferably within the property management, real estate, or facilities management sectors. Knowledge of UAE commercial practices, FM operations Familiarity with documentation requirements for UAE-based contracting and licensing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT); experience with ERP, Salesforce or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems is an advantage. Proficient in English (spoken and written), proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
