We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Medical Sales Executive
(Commercial Executive)
to join our team. The ideal candidate will have
1-2 years
of proven experience in the UAE market, specifically in handling and monitoring government and private sector tender portals.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage various government procurement portals such as
Tejari-eSupply, MOF, iSupplier
etc.
Navigate and handle registrations and participation procedures through
SAP Arabia
and similar systems used by large private sector entities.
Conduct proactive research to identify new government clients and large-scale businesses within the UAE market, driving the registration of our company with relevant entities to expand our customer base.
Ensure timely submission of tenders and proper documentation.
Conduct
follow-up visits and meetings
with concerned authorities to track tender progress and secure business.
Maintain an up-to-date database of ongoing and upcoming tenders.
Collaborate with internal departments for pricing, documentation, and other commercial activities related to tenders.
Requirements:
1-2 years of UAE experience
in a similar commercial or tender executive role.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with
government and private tendering systems
.
Familiarity with platforms such as
Esupply, iSupplier, MOF, SAP Arabia
, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and general digital documentation handling.
A
Valid UAE Driving License
is mandatory.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
