To analyze enquiries, to prepare technno-commercial proposals in coordination with the Technical Department and the Commercial Manager
To oversee, review and direct the actions of his team during tendering process.
To negotiate contract with the clients.
To establish long lasting relationship with the clients.
Duties and Responsibilities: 1. To acknowledge reception of request for quotation from clients. 2. To coordinate with the Technical Department for preparation of technical proposals. 3. To assess the required resources (material, equipment, manpower) and define the scope of work based on provided tender documents and technical study. 4. To ensure prices from suppliers are always up to date. 5. To prepare commercial offers and send them to the client after approved by Commercial Manager. 6. To keep CRM up to date 7. To ensure that all risks and assumptions in the commercial proposal are correctly defined, studied and quantified. Profile Requirements Experience of 2-3 years in commercial role in middle east. Strengthening and repairs market knowledge will be a strong advantage Customer oriented personality with strong interpersonal attitude Motivated and dedicated to achieving set targets and develop new skills Excellent verbal and written skills Minimum UAE/MOFA attested bachelor's degree in civil engineering Applicant criteria Minimum education required Bachelor's degree Minimum experience required More than 3 years
