Job Description

The Role

We are seeking a highly experienced architect (10-15 years) to join our Dubai-based team, working primarily with Australian clients. The focus is on delivering large-scale industrial and warehouse projects, from concept design through to technical delivery. This role requires deep experience in industrial, commercial, or similarly complex developments in Western countries, with the ability to apply that expertise in an international setting. Key Responsibilities o Lead the design process from concept planning to detailed technical construction drawings, using AutoCAD to prepare authority-compliant documentation. o Develop high-quality 3D models and visualisations in SketchUp for presentations and design development. o Interpret and apply relevant regulatory frameworks, including building codes, accessibility standards, parking layouts, landscaping, setbacks, and ramp gradients. o Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget. o Provide leadership and mentoring to junior architects and design staff. o Oversee preparation of project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.



Requirements

10-15 years of architectural experience with a strong focus on industrial, commercial, or large-scale developments. o Proven track record delivering projects in Australia or other Western markets. o Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD for detailed technical drawings. o Skilled in SketchUp for modelling and visualisation. o Strong portfolio demonstrating successful industrial, warehouse, or commercial projects. o Excellent understanding of building regulations, codes, and construction standards. o Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
