Urgently looking for commercial Engineer / Manager, with more than 5 years of UAE experience in the Construction field.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1- Contract negotiations, review terms, manage variations, and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
2- Technical-Commercial Liaison between engineering teams and business stakeholders, providing technical insights for commercial decisions and vice versa.
3- Conduct cost analysis, monitor budgets, manage expenses, prepare financial projections, and oversee payment processes and claims.
4- Prepare detailed reports on project performance, costs, and commercial viability.
Skills & Qualification
Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Business acumen, including financial analysis and market research.
Ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering
5 Years and plus experience in the same position in construction filed.
