Simultaneously manage the claims and variation orders of multiple projects.
Create BOQs, breakdown structures, and quantity surveying schedules for Variation Orders.
Negotiate Variation Orders with clients to ensure the client satisfaction while maintaining the Contractor's profitability.
Track the updated contract price taking into account each approved VO and/or Claim.
Routinely update & track Earned Value logs, turnover logs as well as Payment Logs for accurate measurement of project progress and financials.
Create & Manage a Claims log to track the Claims of all projects.
Handle correspondences with the Engineer and/or Employer.
Track changes to the design or construction work and adjusts budget projections accordingly.
Communicate projects' progress & problems / risks / concerns to senior management.
Job Requirements
BA. of Civil / Arch. / Construction management.
3 - 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Good communications skills.
Previous experience as a site-based.
