Should handle all inquiries for the engineering and manufacturing facilities.
Should communicate and coordinate with different departments to finalize the costing of the material for all customers.
Should communicate with customers regarding any engineering/commercial clarifications or requirements.
Prepare/submit quotations to customers.
Follow up with all customers regarding any order placements.
Prepare Sales Forecasts.
Prepare monthly sales report.
Local Commercial activities include but not limited to: Quotations, Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Notes, Receipt Vouchers & Aging Reports.
