Commercial Director ( Construction Sector)
Job Description
Looking for Commercial Director who will be able to develop & implement the overall commercial strategy aligned with the company goals and growth plans.
- Reporting directly to CEO
- lead all pre- and post- contract commercial activities including cost estimation , budgeting , and forecasting
- oversee contract negotiation, administration, and risk management across all major projects
- ensure compliance with FIDIC , UAE contractual law , internal governance policies
- manage cot control, project valuations, variations, and final account settlements to maximize profitability
monitor cash flow , payment certification, commercial KPI's in coordination with finance ...etc
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED50,000.00 - AED70,000.00 per month
Education:
Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
commercial activities : 10 years (Preferred)
pre contract : 10 years (Preferred)
post contract : 10 years (Preferred)
construction sector : 10 years (Preferred)
UAE : 10 years (Preferred)
Language:
Arabic (Preferred)
