Color Specialist Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Benefits: Company laptop and mobile phone Job Location: Sharjah, UAE About the Client: A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings. o Develop and match colors using spectrophotometers and color software based on client samples or specifications. o Maintain and update color formulations, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and quality in collaboration with R&D and production teams. o Troubleshoot and resolve color-related issues during production, while supporting quality control and product testing. o Support marketing and sales with color palettes, promotional materials, and technical training for internal teams and clients.
Requirements
Open to Male Arabic national, 30 years old and above o Bachelor's in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field; 7+ years in color formulation or matching. o Strong knowledge of pigments, tinting systems, and color software (e.g., X-Rite, Data color). o Detail-oriented with high color accuracy; familiar with industry standards.
