Our salon is a luxury destination for hair and beauty in Abu Dhabi, known for providing premium services and unforgettable experiences. We are expanding our team and looking for talented, professional hairdressers with advanced technical skills and a strong client focus.

Key Responsibilities:

Hair Cutting & Styling:

Precision cutting for all hair lengths and textures Advanced blow-dry techniques including volume, sleek, beach waves Updos, braids, ponytails, and occasion styling Keep up with latest cutting and styling trends
Hair Coloring:

Apply full head and root colors with precision Balayage, ombre, highlights, lowlights, and color melting Toner mixing, glossing, and corrective coloring Provide professional color consultations tailored to each client
Hair Treatments:

Apply keratin, Botox, Olaplex, protein, and deep-conditioning treatments Hair damage assessment and reconstruction knowledge Recommend and perform treatments to maintain hair health
Consultation & Client Care:

Conduct professional client consultations to understand needs and preferences Recommend home-care routines and retail haircare products Maintain hygiene, sanitation, and workstation standards Build client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
Additional Responsibilities:

Manage bookings and walk-ins efficiently Assist in supervising assistants and coordinating with the team Promote salon products and services in a professional manner Stay up-to-date on trends, techniques, and new products
Requirements:

Minimum 7 years of professional hairdressing experience Mastery in cutting, coloring, styling, and advanced hair treatments Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client service skills Physical stamina and flexibility for long shifts and weekends
