The Role
Collections Specialist We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a professional collections agent to help our company collect outstanding payments from clients. In this position, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be responsible for engaging with clients over the phone, establishing payment schedules and working alongside the Customer Support department to ensure account resolution. Responsibilities: \xe2\x80\xa2 Contacting clients by phone and email regarding any past due balances. \xe2\x80\xa2 Negotiate effective repayment plans. \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow-up with clients on overdue accounts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Research and implement effective collection techniques. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform all administrative duties related to ensuring office efficiency. \xe2\x80\xa2 Respond to client account queries in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
Qualifications: \xe2\x80\xa2 Previous call center work experience in collections. \xe2\x80\xa2 4+ years outbound collection experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Bank experience, US Bank experience is a plus \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent knowledge of collection processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and people skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Outstanding phone etiquette. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient computer skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient mathematical skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resilient with impolite clients. Compensation Package: (AED 5,000) + incentives Contract length: 24 Months Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent
