We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our team. You will have a critical role in ensuring clients pay on time, tracking payments, keeping accurate records and identifying at-risk accounts. Your customer service skills will position you well to guide our customers through the payment process and in helping them resolve any potential issues.
Your relationship management will allow you to build trust-based relationships with our customers to ensure the required outcomes are always met. This means communicating clearly, negotiating, and problem-solving will be key skills you have.
Responsibilities:
Use your negotiation and communication skills to assist customers to ensure timely payment of dues.
Focus on achieving business targets, which means you need to be metrics-driven
Ability to work on multiple tasks to support our customer-base.
Complete required reporting to ensure all payments are on track.
Work with the wider team to resolve customer problems and share feedback to improve internal operations.
Monitor customer accounts and pro-actively manage customer relationships to ensure payments and problem resolutions.
Ensure all account statuses and records are kept up to date, and providing reporting to the business.
