What You'll Do

• Follow up on overdue accounts to achieve monthly resolution targets as per collections policy
• Conduct detailed reviews of delinquent cases including history of interactions, remedial/legal actions, and current status
• Engage with customers in compliance with CPR guidelines to identify causes of delinquency and negotiate repayment solutions
• Review rental product accounts including BSA and TCR status when applicable
• Document customer interactions and case details in the collections system for accurate tracking and future reference
• Escalate high-risk cases to management for accelerated action when required
• Ensure collection activities are performed ethically, safeguarding the bank's reputation
• Support compliance with KYC, AML, CPR, and regulatory frameworks in all collection activities
• Work to prevent accounts from flowing into more severe delinquency stages by evaluating repayment options with customers

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
• 1-2 years of collections experience in the UAE banking sector
• Strong knowledge of legal and remedial options in debt recovery
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with customer-centric focus
• Basic banking knowledge and familiarity with consumer credit processes
• Proficiency in computer applications and experience using dialer systems
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a high-pressure environment with accuracy and integrity
