As we continue to grow and launch new projects, we are looking for a

Collection Officer

to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update accurate records of collection activities and outstanding accounts. Liaise with internal teams to reconcile accounts and track payments. Prepare and submit regular collection and aging reports for management. Ensure proper documentation and filing of all collection-related correspondence. Implement and follow collection policies and procedures. Manage overdue accounts, arrange debt repayments, and establish repayment schedules. Provide regular updates on the status of unpaid accounts and repayment progress.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in the UAE. Fluency in English (written and spoken). Must be currently based in the UAE. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
