Source, identify, and attract top talent using various methods (e.g., job boards, social media, networking) Coordinate with hiring managers and owners for all recruitment requirements Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through onboarding Conduct interviews for the initial stage of recruitment. Negotiate offer letters to candidates. Ensure to fill positions as needed.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Human Resources or any related field With 2 years proven experience in recruitment and talent sourcing. Must be well versed in recruiting industries in music and dance instructors or any related positions. Strong verbal and written skills Computer skills Immediate joiner is preferred
Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
