Key Responsibilities:
Prepare salads, cold appetizers, dressings, and garnishes
Ensure attractive presentation and portion control
Manage cold storage and ingredient freshness
Supervise junior staff in the garde manger section
Maintain hygiene and temperature control standards
Assist in menu preparation and mise en place planning
Coordinate with hot kitchen and service teams
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in garde manger or cold kitchen
Strong knowledge of salads, cold sauces, and plating
Attention to detail and presentation skills
Experience in fine dining or casual dining kitchens
Knowledge of HACCP and food safety practices
