Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects across various time zones
Present and explain our digital services portfolio (Design, Website Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Social Media Marketing)
Qualify leads and identify client needs and pain points
Schedule appointments and demos for the sales team
Maintain detailed records of all interactions in CRM system
Follow up with prospects through multiple touchpoints
Achieve monthly targets for qualified leads and sales conversions
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize calling strategies
