What You'll Be Doing:
Make outbound calls to property owners and offer them to list their property
Keep using sales script aligned to our corporate culture
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule follow-up appointments
Maintain accurate records of calls and interactions in CRM
Collaborate closely with the Senior Sales Team to ensure a seamless lead handover
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets with a positive, proactive approach
What We're Looking For:
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Resilience, confidence, and ability to handle objections
Strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, and sales
Familiarity with CRM systems
