Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients from the provided database
Understand customer needs and present appropriate solutions
Maintain detailed records of calls, responses, and follow-ups
Meet daily/weekly calling targets and conversion goals
Coordinate with the sales team to hand over qualified leads
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in cold calling or telemarketing
Strong communication and persuasion skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proven ability to handle objections and remain positive
Experience in the UAE market is an added advantage
Familiarity with CRM tools and call logging practices is preferred
