Position Overview

What You'll Do

• Provide technical guidance and supervision for coiled tubing crews during planning, preparation, and execution of interventions
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, and logistics teams to optimize equipment selection, job design, and contingency planning
• Monitor operational parameters and equipment performance, recommending process improvements and innovations
• Conduct pre-job inspections, maintenance checks, and functional tests on coiled tubing equipment and tools
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and regulators to resolve issues, address technical inquiries, and ensure compliance
• Support safe operations in line with ADNOC and UAE industry standards and codes of practice

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in coiled tubing operations with field supervision and technical leadership exposure
• Strong knowledge of coiled tubing tools, equipment, and best practices
• Understanding of well conditions, formation behavior, and completion designs relevant to interventions
• Proficiency in technical reporting, analysis software, and operational planning tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with a safety-first mindset
