to join our Well Intervention Services (WIS) team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining coiled tubing units and related equipment to deliver safe, efficient, and technically sound well intervention operations. Working closely with site supervisors and field engineers, you will support a wide range of activities including cleanouts, stimulation, fishing, and other completion or workover tasks.

at onshore or offshore wellsites. Work conditions may involve high-pressure/high-temperature wells, hydrocarbons, and rotating equipment. Strict compliance with safety and well control standards is essential.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Execution
Operate coiled tubing units, injector heads, control cabins, and pressure control equipment.
Rig up and rig down equipment in line with company and client procedures.
Monitor and adjust downhole parameters (depth, pressure, pump rates) to achieve job objectives.
Support well kill operations, fluid circulation, and nitrogen pumping when required.
Equipment Maintenance & Readiness
Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on coiled tubing and pressure control systems.
Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic issues, reporting repairs as needed.
Keep accurate records of equipment usage, hours, and maintenance.
Data & Reporting
Record operational data such as depths, pressures, rates, and volumes.
Deliver timely updates and detailed reports to supervisors and clients.
Immediately escalate abnormal well behavior or equipment concerns.
Safety & Compliance
Strictly follow HSE standards, well control policies, and permit-to-work systems.
Actively participate in toolbox talks, safety briefings, and risk assessments.
Ensure proper use of PPE and verification of pressure control equipment certifications.
Required Qualifications
3-5 years' experience in coiled tubing operations within well intervention services.
Strong knowledge of coiled tubing equipment, pressure control systems (BOPs, lubricators), and downhole tools.
Experience with nitrogen pumping, stimulation, and fishing operations (preferred).
Ability to read and follow well programs, rig-up diagrams, and SOPs.
Mechanical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills in hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
