Job Summary:

Get Global Group is seeking an experienced

Well Services Supervisor

to oversee and execute well intervention and workover operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to client and company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in

slickline, coiled tubing, stimulation, and well testing operations

, with a proven track record in the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate well intervention and servicing operations (slickline, coil tubing, stimulation, well testing, and pumping). Ensure all operations comply with HSE standards and company procedures. Review job programs, tools, and equipment requirements prior to mobilization. Lead site teams to achieve safe and efficient execution of operations. Conduct pre-job safety meetings, risk assessments, and job hazard analyses. Liaise with the client's representative for job planning, progress updates, and performance reviews. Ensure accurate daily reporting of job activities, personnel, and equipment usage. Manage logistics, equipment maintenance, and crew readiness. Troubleshoot operational challenges and provide technical solutions on site. Mentor junior engineers and operators to build technical and safety competency.

Requirements:

Minimum

5-10 years of experience

in well intervention or well services operations. Hands-on experience in

slickline, coil tubing, well testing, or stimulation

is essential. Prior experience in the

Middle East

preferred. Strong knowledge of

API standards, pressure control, and well integrity principles

. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Valid

H2S and BOSIET certification

preferred. Ability to work in both

onshore and offshore

environments.
