Job Overview

We are seeking experienced

Coiled Tubing Unit (CTU) Chief Operators

to join our well intervention team. The ideal candidate will be skilled in coiled tubing operations, equipment handling, and daily field coordination. You must be able to follow engineered well programs accurately and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality execution of all CTU and DPG operations.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and record injection pressure and displacement in real-time, adjusting parameters as required. Organize and implement equipment installation and dismantling for CTU and DPG operations. Support chemical addition and water injection process switching as per engineer guidance. Operate and maintain coiled tubing units, pumps, and pressure control equipment. Complete pre-job planning, risk assessments, and job safety analyses. Monitor well parameters and job progress continuously. Train and guide junior operators and crew members. Prepare accurate reports on operations, incidents, and equipment maintenance. Ensure full compliance with company HSE standards and procedures. Perform equipment maintenance to ensure operational readiness. Assist with simple DPG profile control and water shut-off operations during CTU downtime.

Minimum Requirements

Technical diploma or equivalent qualification. Must pass pre-employment medical (fit-to-work) and background check. Physically and mentally fit for field operations.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum

5 years

coiled tubing experience, including

2 years as Chief Operator

.

1 year ADNOC service experience

in the UAE. Strong knowledge of downhole tools, well intervention, and pressure control equipment.
